When you submit the quote form we collect:

• Name, email, phone (optional), and company (optional)
• Event details: type, date, location, guest count
• Robot interest, budget, and any free-text notes you share
• Anonymous metadata: IP address, referrer, user agent

We do not collect payment data through this site — invoicing happens separately, after a quote is signed.

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry with a custom quote
• Coordinate logistics, programming, and operator schedules
• Comply with our insurance, tax, and contractual obligations
• Improve our services (in aggregated, anonymized form)

We never sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These tools may set cookies. You can opt out using your browser settings or extensions like Ghostery or uBlock Origin. The site itself does not require cookies for basic browsing.

We keep inquiry records for up to five years for tax and contract purposes. Web access logs are retained for thirty days by our hosting provider. You can request deletion sooner — see below.

California residents have the right to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any data sale. We don't sell your data, but a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request will still trigger our deletion workflow.

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Inquiry data is stored in a managed Postgres instance with at-rest encryption. Operational access is restricted to a small internal team and audited.
